The service
LocalAnalytics provides a marketing analytics dashboard for local businesses. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. The service is provided as-is. We'll make reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uptime or data accuracy from third-party platforms.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to share your account or use it to access data belonging to businesses you don't own or manage. Each location you add must be a real business location you have authorization to manage.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. The $1 trial covers 14 days, then converts to the full subscription rate. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use LocalAnalytics to access data you're not authorized to access, circumvent rate limits or API restrictions, or reverse engineer the product. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
LocalAnalytics is not liable for business decisions made based on data displayed in the platform. Data accuracy depends on the third-party APIs we connect to. Always verify material decisions against primary source data.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
