How do I connect my Google Ads account?
After signing up, go to Settings → Connections and click 'Connect Google Ads.' You'll be prompted to authorize with your Google account. We request read-only access — we can see your data but never make changes to your campaigns.
How long does setup take?
For most businesses with 3–4 channels, setup takes under 10 minutes. Each connection is a single OAuth authorization — no API keys, no CSV uploads.
How often is data updated?
Most integrations sync weekly. Some channels (like Google Business Profile) may have a 48–72 hour data lag from Google's API. We display the last sync time on your dashboard so you always know how current your data is.
Can I add multiple locations?
Yes. You can add as many locations as you need. The first location is $50/mo (or $500/yr). Each additional location is $25/mo (or $250/yr). Each location gets its own dashboard and its own set of integrations.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Billing and click 'Cancel subscription.' Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't do clawbacks or prorations — you get the full period you paid for.
Do you store my ad account data?
Yes — we store aggregated metrics so we can show you trends over time. We don't store raw creative assets or personally identifiable information from your customers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What's the AI message limit?
Each account gets 250 AI messages per month. That's the chat assistant you use to ask questions in plain English. If you need more, contact us — we can adjust limits for high-volume accounts.
I'm getting an error connecting an account. What do I do?
First, make sure you're signing in with the Google/Meta account that has admin access to the ad account or property. If you're still stuck, email [email protected] and we'll help within one business day.
