What we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, business name, payment information) and data from the platforms you connect (aggregated marketing metrics). We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, referrers) to improve the product.
What we don't collect
We don't collect or store raw ad creatives, personally identifiable information about your customers, or any data beyond what's needed to power your dashboards. We request read-only access to connected platforms — we cannot make changes to your accounts.
How we use your data
Your data is used to provide the LocalAnalytics service — specifically, to populate your dashboards, generate AI-powered summaries, and track trends over time. We don't sell your data to third parties. We don't use your data to train AI models.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain aggregated metrics for 30 days, then delete them. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your preferences. We use analytics cookies (via a privacy-respecting analytics provider) to understand how the product is used. We don't use advertising cookies.
